How I work:
I support children with their Reading, Writing and/or Maths.
I teach them one to one, or in groups of two to three.
I teach online or at my house.
I use lots of strategies to help children engage in learning: games, practical activities, video, books, websites, formal sessions and play-based activities.
I have lots of experience with neurodiverse learners, including dyslexic, autistic and those with ADHD.
What time can you have your lesson?
I will work around you and your family's needs as far as I can. Most of my lessons are after school- from 3.30pm.
Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Lessons are usually an hour long. For younger children, or those who work better in short bursts, I offer 30 minute lessons.
What do I need for face-to-face lessons?
Nothing! I provide all the stationary, exercise books and other resources.
What do I need for online lessons?
internet access
an email address
A device with a large enough screen to see what I'm doing.
A front-facing camera and microphone on your digital device so that I can see and hear your child.
A quiet place for your child to have their lesson.
